PM Modi Distributes: When a young person gets a job offer letter, it’s not an ordinary document it represents a victory for his or her dreams, hard work, and hopes of his or her family as well. There was a similar scene in the distribution of more than 61,000 government job appointment letters to young people in the country by the Prime Minister, Narendra Modi.
This was the 18th “Rozgar Mela,” or employment fair, in which “joy in the context of a new beginning can be seen in the faces of thousands of young people.” On this special day, while congratulating the youth, Prime Minister Modi sent a very strong message regarding the future of the country. He boldly stated that while the government is focusing on job creation within India, they are now equally focusing on global job creation for Indian youth.
New Opportunities for Youth, a New Direction for the Country
In the address, PM Modi Distributes also stated that one of the greatest strengths of the country, as it is one of the youngest nations globally, is that it has not lost an opportunity to provide young people within the country and outside the opportunities that are well.

He also mentioned that India has entered into agreements relating to trade and mobility with other nations too. The direct benefit of all these will be that Indian youths will have new avenues to serve in other nations and develop their skills to rise in their vocations in life, which will be a golden era for Indian youths!
India on the Path of Reforms
In his speech, Prime Minister Modi further stated that we have aboard the ‘Reform Express’. The government is constantly making such decisions that are making it easier to do business, and there are more and more employment opportunities.
He explained that in recent years, the focus has been on making the system simple, providing fewer hurdles in the way of youngsters who aspire to move forward. It could be startups, govt. jobs, or opportunities in foreign companies – new avenues are opening up in all directions.
Rozgar Mela, A New Symbol of Hope
The Rozgar Mela is not only seen as a function of promise anymore but as a symbol of trust for all these million youth. The appointing letters given out at this mela not only promise a job but also promise a government’s guarantee of securing a better tomorrow for its youth.
While the lives of the 61,000 youngsters who received appointment letters this time will be transformed by working in different government offices and organizations, the country itself will reap the fruits of their productivity.
The Way Forward For Youth

The message given by the Prime Minister highlights the fact that the scope for the younger generation will only increase in the coming years. The aim here is for the youth of India not only to be job seekers but to give India glory in the world. The model of blending work, skill formation, and globalisation is precisely pushing India forward.
